Housing on installation?
They are in the process of renovating and tearing down the old housing to build new. Funding keeps falling through, so it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s still a work in progress. There are single family homes, doubles, and apartments. Limited enlisted housing and permanent party housing.
Housing off installation?
There is a group of townhouses very close to the post that are new. Renting in town can be expensive because of Penn State Dickinson. If you buy, you can always rent to War College families, but they cycle out every year. The housing market is currently slow.
