•Pacelli High School (Catholic 9-12)

December 15, 2010 at 1:02 pm

Does anyone have information regarding homeschooling and/or homeschool groups/co-ops on or around Ft. Benning? We will be arriving at Benning in July 2011 from Texas. Our youngest is still at home and homeschooling, but will have just turned 17 by the time we arrive at Benning, so outside the GA compulsory attendance requirement. I am also wondering about activities for her age group (14-17) like sports, community theater and other programs, 4H, parks and rec, volunteer opportunities, etc. I was also wondering what the general consensus was regarding living in Alabama vs. Georgia as a homeschooler, if we end up living off post?

Any insight and information would be most welcome and greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
