Kari S. says: Appointments for spouses to be seen on base can take months but they will give you the opportunity to go off base. It also depends for children as I have waited two months for my daughter to get a school physical but for a common cold appointment they were able to get her in the very next morning.

Martin Medical Center is your typical army hosptal. They are building a new building. Long waits for pharmacy, typical for an army hospital.

The care at MACH is exceptional! I live off-post and have been able to get same day and routine appointments easily. You will need to call early, though, as they tend to fill up quickly. If nothing is available then I have been given a referal to go to a clinic, close to home, off-post. This is very convenient, especially when your child becomes really sick unexpectedly.
