Not much in town for the kids except for parks, bowling, and the new PB&J entertainment place (inflatables, arcade). KCMO has some things to do if you don?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t mind the drive and the city itself.

Great activities on post for kids- lots to do in downtown KC for kids- Crown Center, Kaleidoscope, Union Station, Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun, Renaissance Festival, etc.

What types of activities are available for 13 year old boys. We?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢re getting transferred to Ft. Leavenworth in May and our son is unhappy about leaving his friends at his current post. What can we do to make the transition for him a happy one?

on there is a teen center which is great. There is also an edge program for the kids on post. Girl scouts and boys scouts are pretty active too on post.
