Housing on installation?------------ There are 5 neighborhoods (listed from worst to best): Midway Commons Meuse Forest Patriot Ridge Potomac Place and Heritage Park. Meuse has brand new town homes built BUT some people there have had a problem with people stealing from off their porch and out of their backyard. I have only lived in Potomac Place and I've been happy with it. All the housing is town homes unless handicap. My particular home is 2stories 3bedroom/2&1/2 bath and is about 500-550 sqft each story. There is a referral reward program with all the housing offices! The usual amount it $250 but sometimes they run specials for $500.------------ Housing off installation? All I can say is good luck. The closest places are not the places you would want to have a family but further away you'll pay a fortune.--------Kelly N
