Housing is a mix of 1950's 1980's and new construction. They are working to update older styles by turning quad-plexes into du-plexes and renovating. We are fortunate to have new housing and love it.
The older homes are 'market value' so families can actually earn money in those if their BAH is higher than rent.
New housing is harder to get (as expected) now that it's all completed. Older housing does not all have air conditioning.
Not sure of wait lists. Move out- have heard mix reviews. Some say they are really tough others said not at all?----------------------------VERY EXPENSIVE area. Hard to find rentals that are not tiny and old. There are apts. near the base that are nice though. Nice area no 'bad parts of town' anywhere nearby.
