There are two main school districts in Valdosta as well as a few smaller districts in some of the towns just oustide Valdosta. The two main districts are Lowndes County Schools and Valdosta City Schools. Children of families who live on base housing will attend Lowndes County Schools. Most people I have talked to prefer to live in the Lowndes County District. You can take a look at the school websites at the links below:
