One of the best things I can say about Naples is the hospital.  They have a great medical staff at the hospital and I had a great experience giving birth there.  The facility is nice and the staff are friendly and follow through with everything you need.

The hospital does not however have any speciality needs like a NICU or speciality docs so if you need something like that you have to get a Tri-Care referral out to an Italian doctor and that is when the process gets very frustrating because you have to wait until others also need it and they shuttle you downtown and take a translator.  What would normally take 30-60 minutes will end up being a 4-5 hour afternoon because you have to wait for everyone to be done...and of course for your driver and translator to have a cafe!
