My children are all older with my youngest being 10yrs of age and my oldest being almost 17 so this was a very important topic for me coming here. Bored kids create trouble and I think Tinker has figured this out very well. The youth center on base is very active and reasonably priced ( having 4 kids on an E-4 wages we understand the value of a buck very well) and is money well spent. The Housing has activities as well for the younger children and programs for every age in between.
