There is on base and off base housing. When you live off base in quarters you might end up having a 20 to 30 min drive to base. As of now all military housing's have 220 and 110. The houses come with a kitchen and a washer and dryer. You also can rent furniture if you first get here and have to wait on your stuff. Some Rank's have to do private rental's i can't give any information about that since i have no idea about it.
