  • Spent over 7 years at Beale and loved it. If you like the outdoors it is wonderful. It isnt to far away from Reno for a fun town and if you go northwest some of the most beautiful country in the USA. I think the earlier days at Beale were the best. base housing was wonderful. It is so sad that so much has been torn down. Still the area is to me a great place to live. I was there during the SR-71 days. (69-76)
