We have had good experiences and not so good experiences with housing, but, all issues were resolved and would recommend the housing on base.

the housing at fairchild is all around good. we have lived in a older house and are now living in a newly remodeled house. we have been with both companies and Balfour Beatty is working out very well! they are very attentive to your needs and take the time to listen to feedback. whatever you do get into a remodeled house.
