Housing on installation?Old housing refurbished is not worth the $ but necessary in some situations.

Housing off installation? Great rental market and can get a good house for less than BAH in surrounding areas.

They do have housing but if you do not have kids, you can not live on post (atleast for enlisted lower levels). You do need to be careful on the neighborhood u live in if off base. Any numbered street (3rd ST) is a definite NO ZONE! A lot of apartments on Warwick Ave are not in the best neighborhoods. Williamsburg and Hampton are a lot nicer, and more expensive. The BAH with dependents is 1200.
