Housing on installation?
The housing is OK at best. Inside is pretty nice (depending on if you get a newly renovated house or not). Kids run free ALL DAY long.. pets are all over the place. LOTS of parties held at the housing but you learn to ignore it?¢‚Ǩ¬¶ For the most part, neighbors are friendly and everyone is trying to make the best of it. There are a ton of things that need to be done for improvements, but its a nice place to live overall.

We lived off post for a while, and the locals were a bit scary to deal with!! After having some pretty experiences with our landlord, we ended up moving on post. Rent/utilites are decently priced. Its the utility bills that killed us! But rent runs anywhere from $650-900/month depending on where you go.

Most folks live out the Front or West gates, so that is where the prices are highest. You can get more house/property if you are willing to live in the more remote areas located out the East or South gates.
