OK the Housing on base SUCKS! When we first visit the House we been like OMG THIS IS GREAT! Yeah you just see the pretty good stuff in life first right? Well after we moved in we realized a lot of Problems here! For your Information i live in the older renovated houses here, the windows here are the worst ugh, My husband has to open them for me and if you do open them they like fall back down & i think for the maintance guys here its the normal thing that they tape the Blinds on the Windows. Lets see what else, WATER PRESSURE here sucks! You do get a Fridge and a Dishwasher (which never cleans right couse of the hard water here so the maintance tells you the dishwasher is only a disinfection here) here uhm the tubs here are nasty, old and just so ugh!! Be careful you sign down a one year lease and the worst thing that i think you sign down is when you move out they will take up the Carpet and look for spots under it so they will charge you! You can have up to 2 dogs .. The Sprinkler system sucks here it goes on every 2 hours or so in the summer time and your Garden just looks like a little Lake every Day so there is no way you can go out with your kids in your OWN garden! I had a problem with the Fire Alarm System in my house and actually still have, everytime i cook something this thing is going on! Oh be aware that having ants in your house is something normal, i know its gross but they ALWAYS come back ! The Rooms (in the house we live in) are VERY VERY SMALL! I think Thats about it?¢‚Ǩ¬¶ i hope i dont gave you a bad face on the housing here but thats the way i experienced it! Good Luck!
