There?｢どｨび｢s a zoo in town, but it?｢どｨび｢s beyond pathetic. Oak Park is a nice place to take the kids though! The Dakota Territory Air Museum is small but nice. The ND State fair is held in Minot too. Lake Darling north of base is a lovely little spot to birdwatch, fish or hike. The movie theater is just a mall theater, dingy and nothing impressive. Splashdown at the mall is a big hit with kids though. There?｢どｨび｢s an indoor playground on base too. Norsk Hostfest is a Scandinavian festival here every year, but we?｢どｨび｢ve never gone.
