Becky Z says: The medical facilites for the tri base area are located at RAF Upwood (around 20 mins from RAF Alconbury). There is a dental clinic and family practice clinic. All emergencies have either go to an off base hospital (several in the area) or RAF Lakenheath Emergency Room (40 mins from RAF Alconbury). All hospital needs ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú childbirth operations specialists etc are located at Lakenheath so you will have to travel there.
