There are two subdivisions on the Academy: Pine Valley and Douglas Valley. Both are incredibly nice and both have their own elementary schools. There is a third housing area for higher ranking officers that is jokingly referred to as ?¢‚Ǩ?ìValley of the Gods.?¢‚Ǩ¬ù They have been renovating the Douglas Valley subdivision and all the improvements look very nice. There are quite a few duplexes in both housing areas.

If you choose to live off base people live in Rockrimmon, Briargate, or Black Forest. Some people do choose to live further north in Monument, but i wouldn?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t recommend that because Monument Hill is generally impassable when it snows. All three areas have their good and bad qualities it just all depends on what you are looking for in a home. And all three areas have newer subdivisions mixed in with much older houses as well.
