We just found an indoor kids place called Tobolino in Mainz, which only takes about 15 minutes to get to. It costs only 3,50 euro per person and is just for the kids?「どィャカbut the really great thing about this place is that they have a pretty good sized toddler area. Our 11 month old daughter had a blast playing with the oversized legos and crawling areas!

We live in Hainerberg and they are remodelling all the playgrounds here and they look great. Wish we didn?「どィび「t PCS in January just so I could play there a bit lol
The bowling/entertainment center is great even with little kids, there is a play corner with a bouncy castle, legos and a few books, my 3 yo loves it.
There are several indoor playgrounds in Mainz, public indoor and outdoor pools are in (nearly) every city in Germany, Frankfurt Zoo and the Opel Zoo are close by.
There is a small skate park next to the commissary.
I?「どィび「d say there is definitely something for every age group (though mine are pre-school age and younger). Also loads of sports offered by CYS.
