The clinic is very nice, when you can get an appointment. Getting a same day appointment is nearly impossible, especially with the adult clinics. Sometimes you can get a same day appointment with the pediatric clinic. Be prepared for long waits at the lab and x-ray. Also, you WILL be seen by residents. This is a teaching hospital, and they have many, many residents. If this is an issue for you, you might want to consider switching to Tricare Standard and getting an off base provider. Other than the, ?¢‚Ǩ?ìgetting an appointment?¢‚Ǩ¬ù issue, I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve been very impressed with the care I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve received. And it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s very nice to not have to worry about insurance, you know if you go to the base hospital, you won?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t get a bill!

Wright-Patterson Medical Center

Wright-Patterson Medical Center is one of the Air Force?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s largest medical treatment facilities and provides eligible beneficiaries with a full spectrum of medical services. In most cases, we are able to meet the vast majority of family health care needs on base.

Operated by more than 1,800 men and women of the 88th Medical Group, we are committed to compassionate & quality care, easy access, and excellent customer service.

The pediatric clinic has received a stellar review. It is in a newer location. Positive points were: Fairly short waiting times past appointment time.
