The post is enormous so where you live would be easier determined if you knew what side of post your husbands unit is on if it's East Bliss then you would want to be on the east side or far northeast El Paso if it's on west bliss you would probably want to stay closer to the northeast or even east side (if he doesn't mind a small commute) the Westside is a pretty long commute regardless of which side he works on though! Look up and "like" the FB page The Real Army Wives of Fort Bliss the ladies on that page could be a big help for you!
