I prefer 79924 the northeast some people prefer the east side the east is cheaper but the northeast is quieter. Rents are high here compared to jobs/pay. It's not that bad I was worried too before I got here but now that I'm here it's fine. We got here last year. Good luck.

I have a regular AC too many places will advertise refrigerated air but are actually swamp coolers because people are not from here don't know any better. I personally would not live on Hondo pass Dyer Fairbanks or Maxwell. Kenworthy Crete Sean haggerty areas are ok.

  • pinion trails apartments on east side very nice and cheap and has central air instead of the swamp coolers which r a pain... i highly recomend them this is our second apt place here and we love it plus u r close to everything :)
