  • **forgot to mention MANY of the houses in this neighborhood sit empty a result of being constantly turned down in for reasons such as black mold bedrooms too small for basic furniture and the quality of the neighborhood itself. A friend with 3 kids was offered a house in this neighborhood and turned it down in favor of a 3 bedroom in newer housing as it had MORE square footage and was MUch nicer. If you need a 4 bedroom and are moving to JBER(Elmendorf/Richardson) Look OFF-base first.
